News race - Avantage Edmond de Rothschild - La Route des Princes 2013

Edmond de Rothschild completed their hat trick of inshore race series wins when they sailed to victory in Race 4, the final heat of the Plymouth Series, to maintain their 100% inshore record, winning in Valencia, Lisbon and now Plymouth.

Sébastien Josse’s crew took control on the second downwind after Jean-Pierre Dick’s team made a very good start and lead around the first circuit of the upwind-downwind course. Edmond de Rothschild won with Virbac-Paprec 70 second and Sidney Gavignet’s Oman Air-Musandam  in third.

That is the final order on the overall standings for Plymouth with Edmond de Rothshchild winning – and so heading into the final offshore with a lead of four points ahead of Oman Air-Musandam  which took third here with Virbac-Paprec 70 in third.
