Big and little training together on San Francisco Bay / America's Cup

It was a busy San Francisco Bay on a sparkling Thursday afternoon, with 8-foot Optimists jostling with AC72s for prime position on the Bay.

While Emirates Team New Zealand and ORACLE TEAM USA were putting their AC72s through their paces, Artemis Racing was flying above the water on its foiling AC45.

At the same time, the Race Committee was testing out its new race course marks, to be used instead of mark boats, following the Regatta Director safety recommendations.

And getting a close up look of it all was a fleet of junior sailors, braving the strong winds in their Optimist prams.
