After two dramatic city stops in two weeks (Hamburg and Chicago), the Standup World Series is now headed to San Francisco this weekend for Stop 7, the America’s Cup Open (AC Open), integrated into the world famous America’s Cup of Sailing at Marina Green.

With yet another breathtaking backdrop, the World Series will witness the best paddlers from around the globe battle it out in front of record crowds all weekend long at the America’s Cup site. It all comes down to the wire on the Standup World Series on the second stop on the US Trilogy of Events.
World Series frontrunners Connor Baxter and Kai Lenny will once again match up coming off another intense battle at the last stop in Hamburg. While Connor is currently the yellow jersey holder with his ratings lead, Kai Lenny is right on his heels, with multiple single discipline wins against Connor this year and a clean sweep at the Hamburg stop of the Tour just under two weeks ago.
