Actual take the point, all going to Fastnet / La Route des Princes 2013

Actual, the Multi 50 Yves Le Blevec crossed the latitude of the mandatory mark at the Chausse de Seine at 14:40 UTC this afternoon, just 5 minutes before FenêtréA-Cardinale (Erwan Le Roux). So Actual pockets the bonus point. Both boats have gone very east of the mark (13 miles to the east), navigating between Sein and the land.

Meantime this morning Race Direction also informed the Multi50’s  that their course will require them to pass the Fastnet Rock rather than going direct to Dun Laoghaire, and so all nine Route des Princes multihulls will pass the legendary rock.

And the pace has slackened off a little for the MOD70’s, speeds now down to 13-16kts as Spindrift still lead by 3.5 miles over Oman Air-Musandam  who in turn are almost dead level with Edmond de Rothschild with just over 200 miles to make to the Fastnet.
