Opening Day is here – the 2013 America’s Cup starts now / America’s Cup

Happy 4th of July to everyone from the America’s Cup.

Today is opening day at the America’s Cup – the first day of the Summer of Racing.

The America’s Cup Park opens its doors at noon, with the Opening Ceremony kicking off at 3:00pm.

Schedule – July 4
All day - AC45s at mooring off Promenade at Piers 27/29
12:00pm - America’s Cup Park officially opens to the public for the first time
2:00pm – 2:30pm - Poster signing session at Presentation Stage with America’s Cup Teams
2:15pm - America’s Cup Pavilion open for ticketed entry for Opening Ceremony
2:45pm - Aerobatic display by world’s premier airshow performer Sean D. Tucker of Team Oracle
3:00pm – 4:30pm - Opening Ceremony at America’s Cup Pavilion
7:00pm - America’s Cup Park closes (PUMA YARD and Sports Bar open until 10:30pm
