BIC Sport, world leader in watersports, is excited to announce the first annual BIC SUP “One Design” Challenge National Championships, schedule for September 15th, 2013 in Charleston, South Carolina at James Island County Park. 2013 is the inaugural year for this unique standup paddleboard race series, where all participants use the exact same type of board, Outside Magazine’s “Gear of the Year” 12’6 WING by BIC SUP. Racers are organized into heats and race around a short, exciting course with multiple buoy turns. Top finishers from each heat advance to the next round until a Finals is reached.
