Kuzi Project Launches | SUP Magazine

Facebook Post: [Call in from Mozambique, 8:15am, 7/29]—”Awesome down winder today … traveled 4 – 5 miles and surfed beautiful swell the whole way. The entire village came out to meet us at the next island, and the chief brought us a cooked fish for lunch. Our Portuguese is getting much better. And the wind is cranking!”
Seth Warren and Kirk Hollis have officially begun the Kuzi Project, their downwind adventure on the east coast of Africa. The duo are currently off Mozambique, traveling up the Quirimba Archipelago using the southern Kuzi tradewinds to paddle their gear-laden SUPs up the coast.
